The hotel provides a perfect panoramic view of the seafront with complimentary breakfast but has a slight smoky smell in the rooms. The service is exceptional with a very safe and welcoming atmosphere. The location is very convenient next to the Arabian Sea, though it was closed during the IPL for CSK.
